Ying Wang is a photography-centric Chinese visual practitioner, currently lives and works in New Zealand.

 

Wang began a journey in the art world in the late 90s as he studied drawing, painting, and compositional basis in design as his pathway study at high school. In his hometown in 2002, he first completed a Diploma in Art and Digital Design before working as an advertising designer. Also, he has acquired diverse experiences from multiple industries through more than a decade. However, he returned to study for a BMA degree in photography in 2017 and been exploring ever since.

 

His core of work is round about questions associated with social conflict, environmental issues and domestic value regardless of photographic forms and genres. By continuously refining the traits his vision is on the way to a destination that has no end.
